1. General

~These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Maisie's (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") to the client (referred to as "you" or "your"). By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Quotations & Pricing

~ All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

~ Quotations are based on the information provided at the time.

~ Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revisited quote.

~ Prices include labour, materials and sundries needed unless otherwise stated.

3. Booking & Deposits

~ A start date will be confirmed upon acceptance of the quote and a deposit payment of 20% - 30% will be needed to confirm this.

~ Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

~ We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or illness. You will be informed as early as possible

4. Cancellations

~ Cancellations made less than 7 days before the agreed start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover losses and time reallocation.

~ If we are unable to carry out the work due to unsafe conditions or access issues not previously disclosed, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the job.

5. Client Responsibilities

~ You (Customer)are responsible for ensuring clear access to the working area.

~ All furniture, valuables, and fragile items should be removed or protected prior to the start of work. I take care to avoid damage, but cannot be held liable for items not removed or adequately protected.

~ All work areas to be recently cleaned/hoovered prior to my arrival if possible.

~ If you're unsure about any part of the process, please ask—we’re always happy to help.

6. Workmanship Guarantee

~ I pride myself on quality workmanship. Any issues with the completed work must be reported in writing within 5 days of completion.

~ I will address and rectify any agreed-upon defects at no additional cost, where caused by my work and not external factors or misuse.

~ This guarantee does not cover damage due to damp, structural issues, or wear and tear over time.

7. Insurance

~ Maisie's holds valid Public Liability Insurance which covers up to £1,000,000 in the event of accidental damage or injury directly related to our work.

~ Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8. Payments

~ Invoices are issued upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

~ Payment is due upon presentation of the invoice.

~ Late payments may incur interest and/or recovery costs.

9. Use of Images

~ With your permission, we may take photos of the completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

~ No personal details will be shared.

10. Limitation of Liability

~ We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

~ Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract or the amount covered by our public liability insurance.
